Runs well, but with plenty of problems/inconvenience

 

I loved this laptop for the first few months I had it. After the initial glow was gone, its faults really started to grind my nerves pretty hard.

-Runs games pretty well (Skyrim, WoW) modded on ultra with a few tweaks -SSD was fairly easy to install -Looks nice

Here we go: -Stock HDD was not 7200 as advertised. It's a 5400. -Adding an SSD, though easy and necessary, voids the warranty, as they put the voided sticker over the cover you need to remove to access the drive port. -Bloatware. Major bloatware. So...

I really can't say enough about MSI's poor customer service. Trying to get support from an actual person on their site is impossible. MSI is the only vendor I've ever bought from that when I had to send in a part (gtx 960 graphic card) for replacement...

Very good gaming computer

 

Loads operating system in under 10 sec, Also doesn't partition the drives like Asus does. Another advantage is MSI puts Operating System on SSD compared to Asus which does not. Very minimal bloatware which cane be easily deleted.

Had issues with it wanting to shutdown, changed the fan still shutdowns intermittently.

Great until the HD controller died

 

It was a great laptop with a lot of room for growth in RAM

The HD controller died at 6 months, and now it can't detect any drives
