mouse pad stopped working

The sound quality is very poor. I tried playing a DVD and could barely hear it, it was even worse when I plugged in speakers!

I'm not a techy but this product appears adequate in all aspects tried to date. Very good vfm laptop.

its quite lite so easy to carry around places. good size.

It has everything you would wish for a first Laptop ,and the inbuilt wireless for Broadband is especially good.

I was disappointed with the sound quality . It doesn't gp very loud even on earphones.

No frills laptop, great for surfing the internet on the sofa instead of using the desktop PC in my office. Quite responsive considering the fairly low specification. I would not have bought it if wireless wasn't included. Nice screen.

Gets warm quick and the cooling fan is noisy. The AC power cord is quite short and the battery life is only 40 minutes. Vista was tricky to configure, had to install Service Pack 1 and follow some online help to get network access to my storage drive....

The spec is reasonable for the price and it looks nice.

It has random crashes and freezes as well and I have had to do system Restore twice. The battery life is poor it last for approximately one hour. I have had to purchase a Vista Turbo Boost usb stick to enhance the speed of the computer.
