The Fujitsu LifeBook S6520 is a rare system that weighs less than 4 pounds and houses a 14-inch widescreen.

14-inch widescreen on a 4-pound laptop. Good performance scores. Full-size keyboard. Standard-voltage processor. Built-in optical drive that doubles as modular bay for an extra battery.

Lacks 3G options. Lid is prone to smudges and scratches. Higher resolution would be nice.

Expensive. Only PCMCIA not ExpressCard. Old-hat design.

The Fujitsu LifeBook S6520 is a decent refresh with Centrino 2 parts, but there are cheaper alternatives if portability is of utmost importance.

Good notebook

 

I think that Fujitsu may make small adapter. If Fujitsu compay offers smaller adapter for this notebook, people may be more happy wiht fujisu Lifebook S6520.

The only reason i bought this from fujitsu directly is because of free additional 2 years international warraty, and free wireless keyboard and mouse and the fingerprint (regret it), and free 3 days shipping.

Very light weight, easy to carry around. Battery life is suprisingly as advertise, sometimes even more. I used high performance and was updating windows and downloading software and lasted for 3 hours and 20 mins. I used power saver and turned off...

Fujitsu support fast, but unrealiable. I supposed to get a call back never did get one. I bought mine with fingerprint, software that come with it is very hard to use. Soo many junks installed in this laptop. Comes with Norton Internet security 60...
