Budget Tablet

 

Computers should never come with preinstalled antiviruses. This laptop came with Norton product installers and nagged you to install them. I am very anti-norton. A friendly reminder or integration with the Security Center would have worked much better.

Compact size (If you consider that a good thing)

Pretty Good All Around

 

While there are a few pains about this computer I would say it performs better than most other tablets in the market. The only thing that HP can do to help improve it is trying to use a better film covering to make it possible to use the laptop...

If this machine came with XP (or if HP would at least offer a downgrade) this machine would be perfect and well worth the price!

Great Laptop with great feures. Tablets are unbeatable. Fastest mail-in rebate I have ever received

Vista destroys the machine, making it slow, unresponsive and annnoying to use right out of the box (regardless of 3GB RAM and Dual Core or not)

There are a few pros, I guess ; 1 Small and easy to get around the airport ; 2 GigE ; 3 250GB Hdd ; 4 A/B/G/N Wireless stays connected (in linux) longer than my old Intel 3945 ; 5 .............2 .....head....phone ......jacks

Here is where you should consider buying a customized Toshiba Portégé from their site ; 1Weak processor, lets face it AMD needs to catch up in this department ; 2 Non dedicated GFx RAM, uses too much of the 3GB and Vista can't do without ; 3 Constantly...

Great tablet laptop

 

People who complain about the size shouldn't have purchased it. I bought this 12" laptop for that specific reason. I am going to add a second review soon after I check if all the features work with Ubuntu

Great Computer

 

It would be much better with an anti glare display.

Its fast ; It has a touch screen ; The fingerprint reader

It collects fingerprints on the screen and the imprint finish very quickly. (HP you really need to work on your imprint finish .) ; It has a glossy display ; The touch screen is not always accurate
