Touchpad defective, power issues, substandard power adapter

 

I frequently buy reconditioned items and have had problems only with some that were not factory reconditioned. I probably should learn to avoid them. I can give them that they missed the touchpad problem because it is intermittent but they substituted...

Great laptop!

 

Got this same refurbed laptop a little over a year ago. Had a faulty keyboard so I contacted HP and they fixed it for free and paid shipping both ways. Then I added an SSD drive for about $80 and got an external enclosure for the original Hard drive. I...

- Plenty of Ram (8 GB) - 1 TB HD - Bluetooth - DVD Burner - USB3.0

- No SSD - Came with faulty keyboard that would only work for about 15 minutes then it would stop responding (HP fixed it though)
