One of the two 17" laptops had a dead battery, I realize that batteries get weaker as time goes on, but this battery was bone yard dead, negating the portability of the laptop. Please advise,Thanks,-Chris

If you're looking for a system with Windows 7 with a great price, this will work. Lots of memory and lots of hard drive space. This was a wonderful choice for my client.

The product is Simply Superb, but was provided with a windows 8 backup CD and a warranty information booklet which is meant for the USA only . No owner's manual, specifications info, quick start guide ( hard AND soft copies ) were provided.
