Attractive, minimalist exterior ; Superb 6-speaker audio system ; Bright and colorful OLED display

Inconsistent gaming performance with 115W RTX 4090 ; Productivity performance is just average ; Pricey at $3,300 ; Didn't run Borderlands 3 benchmark

The ROG Zephyrus G16 is a pricey system with excellent audio, but its low-wattage GPU (for an RTX 4090, anyway) leads to missteps in gaming performance.

This is my detailed review of the 2024 Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 GU605 lineup of premium performance portable laptops.

premium design and build quality ; alright ergonomics, plenty of ports ; excellent inputs, beautiful OLED display, amazing speakers ; fair multi-purpose performance ; 90Wh battery with good runtimes

limited screen angle ; high internal and chassis temperatures with demanding loads ; the fans are choked with the laptop flat on the desk ; soldered RAM and lower-power design compared to previous Zephyrus G16/M16 generations

Recensione Asus ROG Zephyrus G16, bravi, grazie, vogliamo il bis!

 

Abbiamo provato per voi il nuovo Asus ROG Zephyrus G16, un notebook da gaming con un aspetto del tutto sobrio e molto simile ad un MacBook Pro

Sobrio e molto bello ; Costruzione e assemblaggio di ottimo livello ; Display OLED ; Audio potente e corposo

Prezzo/prestazioni non al top ; Autonomia solo sufficiente

Ma quindi comprerei questo Zephyrus G16? Assolutamente sì, se non fosse che il prezzo di listino è quasi proibitivo. Per questa versione con Core Ultra 9 e RTX 4090 parliamo infatti di una cifra molto vicina ai 4.000 euro . Si parla quindi di un prezzo...
