It was purchased as a present and have no complaints and it is used everyday. it has all the features that was required

Not aware of any bad points

All I expect from any other computer of similar price

No internal microphone when on Skype. Cheaper Dells have this facility

I like having the numeric keyboard available along side the main keyboard.

The printingon the keyboard is not as clear as I would like - it is difficult to read in natural light.

Good size screen and keys for a 'silver surfer' and easy to use after a little help in setting up. Even ventured into Skype !

A little heavy and stiff to open for an older person with arthritic hands but worth it for the larger screen.

It's well worth the money honestly I love it! Recommended buy!!! The webcams really good! And So is the sound.

good size screen and keys, replacing a desktop its a good compromise, its the second one we've bought for a member of our family!

lid is a bit stiff to open, we think it will probably improve with use.

It has a 'solid' feel which a lot of laptops don't have, the keyboard is excellent - including the number pad. The screen seems massive and is really good quality. Does everything I need and probably a lot more.

Good for organizing e-mails. Windows 7 a great improvement on Vista.. Easily read screen Ideal for a casual user e.g. my wife.

Its screen size and shape are ideal for the older person and I intend to use it as my main home computer which can be put away and not dominate my little cottage rooms

It will not acept the 25 character key code to activate microsoft offfice and I have 22 tries left! I have not got the number (found underneath the machine) wrong but it just won't accept it
