Purchased as a basic stylish laptop for my daughter. Main use is Internet, homework (research and Office 2010) and social networking. Has proved more than adequate for these tasks.

Screen issues developed soon after purchase and had to be collected for repair. Now back with new screen, but daughter without it for over a week. Disappointing as unit was supposedly "refurbished" prior to purchase.....

really pleased with this notebook,

nothing really other than the mouse pad has to be held down to click rather than just tapping it the sound is quiet , even on full volume (the speakers are underneath) external speakers can be used to help so not really much of a problem.

free bullguard security did not seem to work properly and my laptop was infected by spyware.

this product was extremely light weight and the battery life was good and the capacity of the hard drive and the memory was excellent.

the product had no cd drive so i was not able to watch any of my dvd's or burn my cd's or install cetain software off a cd rom.

battery life is only about 2 hrs, not too bad, but not great
