i have to use my internet in safe mode as the security setting is to high and wont let me connect to the internet normally. the battery life isnt very long. you get no warning when battery is low. laptop just cuts out.

The keys are a good size and very easy to use.

It is a little on the heavy.

Keyboard not very responsie to light touch

Good overall performance, plently of memory, large capacity hard drive for the cost. Competitors with a similar performance were more expensive.

Charger power lead appears to be a little flimsey.

Excellent value for money. nice looking laptop. fast and will easily handle tasks.

the only little thing its missing is a number pad although you can pick one of these up cheaply.

Sometime the keys don't always register when you press them.

Very quick to load. Graphics great, in fact the spec for this laptop is excellent. Price is unbelievable for hardware/software the pc has installed. Well pleased with it. A little heavy compared with some other laptops I've owned, but that is a minor...
