Advent 4214

Great build ; Very usable

Doesn't have 3G like its predecessor ; Battery life not great

There's not a lot wrong with Advent's 4214, but the 4213 offers 3G

Light weight, and the screne is a non relective screne which is a very good thing. Good value for money, I take it everywhere, so very robust.

The battery doesn't last very long so need to carry an extra one incase I can't get to a plug point to charge. It's not easy to find an extra battery for this model. The keys are very close together and can be hard to type on if you have big hands.

Cheap looks good.

i brought this product for my 8 year old son. very easy to use. strong and sturdy.

When i start up my Notebook i have to keep turning on the wireless connection it dosenot seem to keep it in the setting that it was swicthed on.

No inbuilt CD/DVD ROM and therefore, there is difficulty installing softwares that we need. Can not be upgraded to Vista Home premium ( Only Vista home basic)

its easy to us and light weight my grandchild uses it for school and school projests shes only 8 years old

the battery life is not very good on it compared with the samsung nc10 battery in use lasts for 7hours where the advent 4214 only lasts 2.45mins.

Portability. Has reasonable battery life. Good size harddrive. Easy to connect to wifi. Easy to load programs from memory stick. Screen very clear for its size.

Keys rather too small for my personal use, but unlikely to be a problem for person receiving it as a present.
