battery life is dreadful about 2.5 hours if i am lucky. Don't find the computer set up of tiles easy to use, and find it difficult to navigate around the computer

Good screen and keyboard

Windows 7 is a nightmare and if there was a choice I would not have chosen it. For a non It person who does not have an Ipone I find it really hard to navigate around

Windows 8 had to be upgraded to 8.1 to get access to the changes made. Although this is a 'free' downloadable upgrade in theory, I gave up after the 18th re-start on a 3.62GB download (29% complete). This is a huge download, and it is more of a system...

1 Good screen definition 2 works well on Google Chrome 3 good accessibility tosettings, control panel etc.

1 too many apps displayed on opening screen 2 Would be better with a larger ram capacity

It is a nice size

- Keypad jumps when types - touchscreen works for about one session and then stops working - battery life poor. Worst laptop I've ever bought.
