hard to learn windows 8 after being used to xp very sensitive to touch & you can lose a page very quickly after down loading a programme add on pop ups keep arriving on screen trying to sell their wares.

Big beautiful screen, smart features, windows 8 (once you've got used to it)

Speakers are loud but not VERY loud (would be nice when watching an action film, same problem as all laptops. Windows 8 (before I messed around with it and changed it to how I like it).

Very fast, fantastic screen very clear. Windows 8 very different I'm starting to get to grips with it.

Shows every finger mark on the key board make sure your hands are very clean. Battery life not fantastic just ok, bummer no fire wire port ( my fault didn't check ) can't connect my video camera.

good value for money

this laptop does lose connectivity every now and again, even one room away from wireless router. previous laptop had impeccable connection anywhere in the house.

Value for money as this might be the cheapest laptop you can get with the same specification.

Slow when trying to open the app in the new Win8 screen. And the protection sticker for the front case is not provided.
