Not exactly a problem with the lens but a pity the IS sync is only the EM1 and EM5mkii bodies. It makes the lens IS redundant on other bodies and would have helped compensate for min F4

Heavier than some other (mainly consumer grade) m43 lenses but miles lighter than carrying a Nikon 24-120 and 70-200 all day, which i found to be a strain on the shoulder on a recent 2 week trip.
