Great Price

It's always good to have a fixed lens with a great depth of field, but don't sacrifice quality due to cost. Sometimes it's better to wait, than suffer disappointment

The construction of this lens was very disappointing. I don't think I have ever been disappointed by a Canon product until this purchase. It felt light, flimsy and like it was going to fall apart if we used it

Very cheap (in a good way.) Love the low light performance. Great for family photos, and getting into smaller areas where a long zoom can be cumbersome

No manual focus, but what do you expect for the price

great fast lens for under $100. Fast focus, and has good separation. Images are crisp and clean. Granted it is not an "L" lens, but for under 100 bucks I don't think that you can go wrong

don't like the plastic mount. Miniman features, but it was inexpensive too
