Planar Helium PCT2785

 

The Planar Helium is a beautifully designed 27-inch touch-screen monitor featuring 20-point progressive capacitive touch, MVA panel technology and a nice selection of ports.

Excellent touch response. Solid color quality. Lots of ports.

Some touch wire interference. So-so grayscale performance. No USB 3.0.

Decent

 

I have one of these running on Ubuntu GNU/Linux. It doesn't support the full 10 point touch but it does single touch out of the box. Really doesn't do much unless you get the Easystroke Gestures app but when you do you can do a lot of cool stuff!

No multi-gesture support out of the box on Ubuntu GNU/Linux.

Single touch works out of box on Ubuntu (GNU/Linux) 13.05.

Dual touch, or the full 10 finger touch does not work out of box. I haven't figured out how to get it to work yet.
