Planar 1904Z : Good value for your money if you need an LCD monitor

 

When Dell had a 25% coupon off any Dell branded accessory, the price of this particular monitor fell to $659 and change. Now this isn't Dell branded monitor per say but it counted for any promotions for Dell branded peripherals... hey, I'm not...

Excellent cost, good quality, high resolution for size in an LCD monitor

More expensive than CRT monitors, LCD monitor, weak menu and slightly unresponsive buttons

Great picture lacks proper brightness control

 

Here is my configuration: CT1904Z driven by ATI Radeon 8500 64MB DDRAM DVI out..

spectacular picture, very fine resolution BIG screen

a tad bit bright, button controls could be better designed

Great monitor for the money

 

I reluctantly bit on a deal Dell had where I stacked a coupon code they sent me with a 15 percent off deal they had and ended up getting this true DVI 19 inch lcd screen for a bit over 700 shipped.

ITS BIG, BRIGHT, CLEAR, DVI COMPATIBLE AND VERY WELL PRICED!

YOU MUST BE A CONTORTIONIST TO GET TO THE INPUTS!
