Good Basic monitor

 

Will be used in a private apartment building's public computer room for general use.

Refurb at a great price. Fine for general and business use though I have not tried gaming. Acer's web site claims a lower maximum resolution but this monitor is truly 1920 x 1080. (See the stencilling on the bottom left of the bezel.) Nicely packaged...

Minimal tilt. No rotate or height adjustments.

BEWARE: Mislabeled. 1600x900 not 1920x1080

 

This was on sale for what would have been a fantastic price for a 1080p monitor. Because it was such a good deal I didn't bother reading the reviews. I normally do, but I assumed as long as the monitor functioned and met the specs, I'd be able to make...

Lightweight. Pretty good DPI due to the small size. Acceptable picture quality. 8ms response time may sound bad, but it's really not an issue. Cons Vertical viewing angles weren't great. Felt like somewhere between a desktop monitor and a laptop...

The actual resolution for this monitor is 1600x900 and not 1920x1080 as shown in the specs. (As of April 20, 2016, hopefully Newegg fixes this) Refurbished unit came a bit dusty/dirty. According to a live chat rep all "refurbished" items that are...

Poor condition; Not as advertised

 

Screen resolution, and the scratch in the middle were the biggest problems for me. I'm not returning it because I don't really care that much, but I wouldn't call it a good product. Would buy a different product in the future.

This is not a 1080p monitor like advertised. Even Acer web site says it 1600 X 900 http://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/UM.IS0AA.C02

great looking screen, except has problems with 3d rendering due to driver issue possibly win 10 driver issue

 

fine for non 3d gaming, but the support is out on this particular one. probably fine for xp, vista, and, windows 7,8,

good potential, but acer has not as of yet updated the s200hql driver for windows 10, out of all the monitors they have.

looks great on simple applications, but on games such as minecraft, there are multicolored rings in the background that appear randomly and are very distracting, Acers support are difficult to contact, and if the serial number for a product is out of...
