We can count on one hand the number of people we know who have bought into Nvidia's 3D Vision gaming system—those shutter goggles haven't exactly been selling like hotcakes.

Worst 120Hz Monitor

 

I bought this monitor for 120hz gaming in January 2013. I got it up and running properly in 120hz but soon noticed everything in motion on the screen was outlined in green, then purple, then red, then blue and progressively got worse. I RMA'd it back...

I bought this because it was 120Hz monitor and it was cheap mainly to be better at BF3. I will not pay this amount of money for a monitor that has some issues. I am RMAing this for a BenQ XL2420. The Asus 144 Hz was an option as well but I want quality...

120 Hz and price

Colors are washed out. Some backlight bleeding. Why on earth does the screen go literally half black on the left side ; After googling it looks as if others have the same prob. This is easily fixed by turing off the monitor and back on after a few minutes

Good value 120hz

 

Doesn't come with the hardware needed for nVIDIA's 3D. You'll need to buy that separately if you want to use 3D. The orange parts on the stand could clash with some people's setups but causes no problems with mine.

120hz. I never thought I'd really notice that much of a difference between 60 and 120, until I had this hooked up side by side with my old monitors. Even dragging a windows explorer window around the screen is smoother

Overdrive can cause some ghosting in games so I have it turned off. HDMI is strictly for PC, had it hooked up to a cable box and if you run 720i or 1080i it turns purple. Also has an annoying habit of prioritizing the HDMI input over the DVI input. If...

Nice monitor

 

The backlight issue is only noticeable on darker colors, but it really breaks the atmosphere of games like Metro: Last Light. Overall I've been pretty happy with this monitor.

Very responsive - no input lag. Works nicely with Nvidia 3D vision), and I love the 120Hz refresh rate when I'm not using 3D

Slow to power up. Backlight is not ideal for gaming immersion; the screen never really goes dark, there's always a bleed from the light coming through

3D Works Well !

 

Remember to view 3D content you will need to buy a universal or NVidia Stereoscopic 3D kit that comes with the glasses and transmitter.

3D Across 2-3 of these monitors works well and is easy to set up with Nvidia Control Panel

takes longer to turn on than my computer takes to boot up, but hey, SSDs!
