Worked fine for the first 7-8 times!

 

I bought this stick blender to make soap. I needed it to blend the soap mixture for about 3-4 minutes (not continually). It was extremely noisy every time I used it. The plastic housing that locks into the motor cracked. I tried to glue the plastic...

Easy to clean, works fine

Does the job, sturdy, easy to clean, attachment seems to be dishwasher safe (upper rack).

A bit noisy, metal edge of cup might scratch pot, though mine hasn't so far.

I had written another review on my previous hand held blender, a Hamilton Beach 59770 Turbo-Twister 2 Speed. This is what I bought to replace that one, after my husband put the blending attachment through the dishwasher and it warped and gradually ...
