Easy to use and set up.

Lost all of our recordings once since we have had it. It doesn't align the recording times to the actual program times, so we often loose the end of a program.

Has a habit of locking up and losing recording

Excellent picture quality and recording facilities.

Slow teletext response. No downloadable software upgrades so far (6 months).

Does exactly what it says on the tin!

The fan/hard drive is a bit noisey but apparently varies between machines. Mine is in a cabinet so is not a problem.

When this PVR was in working order (i.e., for 3 months) it was great - large range of channels, ability to record two channels simultaneously, easy programming.

The machine broke down after three months and had to be repaired under warranty. The manufacturer's helpline was reasonably efficient and advised us straight away to return the unit - does this mean they were half expecting it beacuse the unit is...

Fantastic flexibility. Great picture. Electronic Program Guide so easy to use, even the wife can manage it!

A bit noisy. Gets hot when running.

Nice clear attractive interface. Installed itself.

Remote control not the best laid out.
