Inexpensive, true. But that's what I wanted and that's what I got. I just wanted to watch old reruns on it. Don't buy this as a birthday present for Momma. She won't like it. Good enough for geeks, though.

Small and lightweight, cheap, relatively reliable thus far (in the sense that when it gets messed up a factory reset restores functionality).

Just as the reviews say ... remote is clumsy (I keep hitting the Previous Item button when trying to rewind and that triggers the previous video on the disk to play), remote reaches out only to about 15' (not 20'), flimsy disk drawer, if I leave the...

Horrible product, not worth the price. Keep saving money until you can afford the quality product.

It's small

Random freezes during playback that can only be resolved by pulling the plug ; Horrible remote that will work only 6 feet away from the unit and you have to point it EXACTLY at the sensor ; Does not support universal remote, have to use the manufacturer's

Great basic compact DVD Player

 

My DVD player broke, so I purchased this as an inexpensive replacement. Glad I did. The picture is clear, all functions I have tried work correctly.
