The rack layout is poor. Due to the cutlery tray idea, you loos so much hight that its impossible to fit everything in. Even with the upper rack in its lowest position mugs only just fit, and small saucepans don't fit. But then because the upper tray...

Easy loading all round, extremely quiet during the cycle, looks good too.

Very expensive compared to others, rinse agent compartment doesn't hold much liquid before it needs refilling.

Seems to be a well engineered machine, very quiet. Very economical if you don't mind long cycles. Washes well. Choice of different cycles means there are quicker ones.

Has been designed for different sized crockery and glasses from the ones we have in the UK. The three levels (top for cutlery) means there isn't enough room for large dinner plates at the bottom and wine glasses in the middle. This is a serious design...
