Too many service calls needed.

 

We installed the double dish drawer in 4/03 and have already had four service calls (three since the warranty expired four months ago!). The first call was due to not washing every morsel off a plate--a small fish bone caused the drawer to stop...

It looks great and the smaller space is efficient for a small family.

It is far too finicky and we are afraid of a fire starting.

Style with substance

 

I am writing this review as we have had a very different experience over the last 2 years from the other reviewer. You buy the double dish draw because it looks great and you dream that you can live without ever having to unload a dishwasher again ...

Style and killer for clearing up after a dinner party (tableware on top, pans below)

Few can deny that it is inexpensive... but you get what you pay for.
