Bought to replace a similar Bosch model that had reached the end of its life. Very happy with it as it does the job its supposed to do very well. Upper basket doesn't seem as convenient to load as the old one and is a bit of a fiddle as the knife shelf...

First Bosch. Looked at reviews before buying . Only bad reviews were it was noisy, don't know why it is extremely quiet. Love the salt adjustment setting consider I live in hard water area. Dishes came out sparkling.

Finally I found the correct match of my wishlist. A dishwasher who can do what I expect. Dries perfect and Bosch makes our family life easy.

The racks for such things as saucers are beneath the tray on which cutlery can be placed - in my previous model the racks for saucers were in the middle of the top tray and easily got at.The bottom tray middle bars are not level so eg 2 ltr milk jugs...
