It says it's a 9kg wash but there are only a few cycles that are compatible with it.

Had to have a replacement drum after only a year,took 6weeks to fit it after reporting despite guarantee .

Good looking robust product with some useful features

On first use experienced a big leak. Turns out drainage pump at fault replaced within two days of call to hot point help team. Sorted.

The large drum size. Economical use of electric. Very clean washing. Plenty of wash options and spin speeds.

After only 6 months use the numbers on the push buttons are fading/wearing away.

The capacity to programme your favourite programme under M.

I only use a handful of wash programmes, so the huge variety available and the complexity of programming them was a bit unnecessary

So easy to use on all programs that my husband who is retired and never used a washer before thinks its childsplay and now does aa lot of the washing,I have always had hot point and this is the best.

I love the capacity of my machine I do much less washing loads now and it saves me money on my water bill. There are lots of cycles and the time saver is brilliant. I love my hotpoint

It's not as quiet as I expected for a silent machine that it's made out to be. Also it turns itself off soon after the cycle has finished which means you forget that the washing is in the machine.
