It has a pleasant mint flavor and makes my teeth feel clean. But it runs out really quickly compared to conventional kinds.

While I like the taste, minty and not overpowering, the gel didn't hold up too long with an electric toothbrush. Your teeth do feel "squeeky" clean, and stay "fuzz" free way 'til evening, if you didn't brush at work.
