I think this works. My teeth look whiter and feel clean. I think this would be best used in conjuction with white strips though.

I use this mouthwash and swap it out with the Crest Pro Health without alcohol mouthwash. The whitening rinse does have a weird taste that takes some getting used to but it really isn't as bad and is not a powerful and burning taste like the alcohol...
