I've used this mouthwash daily for many years. It's gentle on gums and mouth and the peroxide action helps to reduce plaque bacteria. It doesn't stain your teeth. I ordered online and picked up from a store.

After using it twice I had to discontinue use as it turned the surface if my tongue black. This discolouration took just over 2 weeks to clear only after I stopped using it.
