Great smoker. Easy to use even for beginner. I used it 3 times since. 4 racks of ribs, or 2 racks + 9 lb pork butt with no problem.

Easy to load, easy to add water, huge capacity....only negative I can think of is that it's hard to move from its storage spot to where I want to use it because of its heavy duty construction. ...wheels on it would be nice.

I have used it twice and am very pleased with it. The temperature stays fairly uniform requiring less management time. Still learning the ropes of smoking and this is proving to be a good one to learn on.
