Emits a high pitch noise that will most likely not be heard by anyone over 20, but it makes it impossible for me to use this without going crazy

the only complaint I have is I had hoped it would put out enough amperage to charge the PS Vita I was caring with me. Even when plugged in alone it would not. Just not enough amperage

This one arrived with a defective USA plug (I swapped out the USA plug from my first unit and confirmed that it worked otherwise). Since most of my use is in the USA the unit is effectively useless
