Its easy to use, its easy to clean, its asthetically pleasing

Ideally the cheaper model should have a temperature guage i.e. warm, medium, hot so that you can cook some items a little slower if and when necessary

its cleaner than using the grill on your cooker and it dosent spit of fill the kitchen with smoke and it also cooks much quicker and meat is lovely done on it ,i use mine all the time

You can cook for the whole family on it. Its very easy to use and clean.

I cannot find any bad points.

When cooking food it removes the moisture Whan making a panini cheese melts before browning begins I'm a chef therefore my comments may be a bit harsh, however I have tried to cook a 98% beefburger (butcher quality) and it too was dry.

its so easy to use. anyone can use it. you can cook anything you want on it. its just so brill. also it cooks in no time at all. so quick.
