Swan Nordic 4 Slice Toaster

This toaster only toasts half of the bread. Even putting the bread in horizontally, you have to flip the bread round halfway through. This happens in all 4 slices on mine, and you can't return electric goods.

Love the look and style of this toaster ( i bought the Swan kettle in grey also - brilliant) however it toasts really slowly!
