I agree with other reviews that say this Russell Hobbs toaster is dreadful. Normal size bread slices do not pop up/rise up past the top of the toaster so to fish them out you need to turn off the powerpoint in case you get electrocuted AND the outside...

for ages. This is a seriously dangerous and unsafe product and not fit for purpose. I will be returning it to the retailer for refund or exchange. I did not think it was possible to make such a lousy toaster.

It gets way too hot to handle on the sides and top. Impossible to extract muffins and crumpets which don't rise high enough. I need to wrap the toaster in a tea towel so I don't get burned turn it on its side to try and get them out. Otherwise only...
