There is uneven browning, one side much darker than the other.

Fits a piece of proper bread as well as bagels and crumpets etc and toasts quite evenly.

Thick foods sometimes stick to the wires so have to use a knife to dislodge them

takes european standard slices [100 x 100mm ] no good for the warburton toastie slices which means switching off,turning round to do the other half of the slice.it would have been nice to have the slice size either on the packageing or the specification

Takes normal slice of bread and evenly toast them.

Evenly brown toast. Just does the job. Great.

Sides can get a little warm, but many do, and this is expected at this price.

looks clean neat and amazingly retro for the price, was pleasantly suprised. toasts well defrosts all in all an excellent purchase.
