I wasn't sure whether I would like this toaster because I like to go into stores to see and get a personal feel for product(s) that I am interested in purchasing. Having not liked the toasters that I have encountered so far, this was my last resort...

Toaster works great . It's very easy to get small pieces of toast out of the toaster with the high lift.
