Brown bits on both the toaster and kettle look cheap..... disappointed in that part but overall pleased

As toasters go, it's pretty good looking

No facility to lift your toast\/bagel out

Fits most bread slices in. So you get a whole toasted slice

The grove on the top tends to keep crumbs in and more difficult to get out

It looks great in the kitchen, The controls are clear & easy to use

With small bread you can't lift the bread high enough to grab it. The toast it's self isn't cooked as well as other toasters I've had in the past
