Like the colour, the shape and the fact that we can both have toast exactly how we like it (mine light, his dark)! Defrost works brilliantly on frozen bread and bagels are just a dream. Should have bought this years ago.

I bought this toaster as I thought with it being one of the more expensive ones it would brown the toast quite well. I have found to my disappointment that it toasts one side of the bread well and the other is still white.
