heats up quickly. deeper than alot of other toasters were you find the filling comes out, even with a small amount in it. reomvable plates make it super easy to clean, even with cheese 'welded' to it.

if you use small loaves it doesn't seal the bread properly and everything leaks out over the toaster, and you whilst you're trying to eat it.

Very easy to take the heating plates out and to clean. Quite slim and stores upright so it does not take up to much room in a cupboard. Kids (and hubby) love having toastie sandwhiches.....cheese and ham and jam being the favorite fillings.

Heating plates could do with being just slightly smaller to better accomadate a slice of bread as it only just manages to seal it (you need to cut the crusts off the bread as these are to thick) .
