It's a good overall toaster the only tricky bit I have found in it is that you have to ajust the dial everytime depending on the type of bread.

You cannot get a slice of bread in the slots sideways as the slots are too narrow, unlike my precious toaster. Bread has to go in upright but the top inch does nOt get brown. A very bad design fault. I did not return it as it matches my kettle I have...
