Just over the 30 day warranty and the TomTom wont hold a charge at all. Disappointing.

Tom is not a bad product althopugh the voice recognition drives me crazy, when I say the address it takes three or four times for TomTom to recognize what I am saying

for the first 3 weeks the gps came on everytime I started my car for the last month it won't come on for at least a minute every time I partly turn off the engine it will not stay on so I have to go thru the disclaimer...yaddy yaddy about protecting...

Easy to use and great voice command features.

I bought it last week. works fine for me. Easy to use. Dont have that problem as other person mentioned about shuting down. It stays on even after disconnecting from power outlet. thanks

There is a 'known error' with this product that the manufacturer has known about for a couple of years according to the TomTom Community Forum but has not addressed properly. On some units, mine included, when disconnected from the vehicle power source...
