The SG5 has a Digital Scoreboard that lets you input your handicap (the scorecard adjusts to your handicap). If you have an iPhone for example, you can use iHandicap, a great – simple to use app that will calculate your handicap using the USGA formula....

SkyCaddie SG5 What a piece of junk

 

I liked the skycaddie for the first few months of operation. But... then they changed their software for syncing the device to load different courses. After repeated attempts with tech support to find the problem they say I need to return it for...

After their software update my device is useless

Don't buy the SkyCaddie

 

SkyCaddie is wonderful when it works. I have had extreme difficulty in using their tech support as they seem to want to answer a question you didn't ask. Also, my unit has had great difficulty in acquiring satellites. I have to do a GPS reset almost...

Good screen size and great yardage when it works

skycaddie gps for golfers

 

This was a gift to an avid golfer and the result was very good. No fault. The order was completed and fulfilled as stated and in a very timely manner. I would recommend with no regrets.

SkyCaddie SG5 Golf GPS review

 

The SkyCaddie is a great unit. Small, light, easy to understand pictures of course information, long battery life, (rechargeable), gobs of course data, easy to read color screen. Screen brightness is a non-issue (excellent)

Works flawlessly, color screen, the intelli-green feature is a must

Not Impressed With the Company

 

After spending 2 days on hold with tech support for this thing and looking at other review & opinion sites this item was returned. There is a glitch in the software that makes it compatible with Windows XP with service pack 2. Yes you did hear me...

Cool looking expensive paper weight
