Bought this yesterday & haven't stopped using it since, gets you there with no fuss, wouldn't be without it now.

Constantly freezes when you press the touch screen to many times.

screen kept freezing .got a refund and bought tom tom sat nav instead.

Good value for money, easy to use . Good sound quality, easy to follow guide.

not always good at finding addresses, can be frustrating.

A great little Sat Nav, very easy to use - can use straight out of the box (after charging).

Doesn't hold it's charge for long - really needs to be connected constantly via the cigarette lighter socket.

An excellent introduction to the world of satnav, If you have never used one before this is very user friendly, a no frills unit but still has all the stuff you need at a great price.

The usual problem with all today's user manuals, you open the book and think I'm never going to get the hang of it, but stay with it for 10mins with the unit and your an expert.

Some strange route choices,

The fuse blew 2 days after I bought the product. Then it couldn't find a location - an easy to find location in Wales that it had previously found. Then the suction cap came away from the body of the holder. RUBBISH. I will be returning this product.

poor reception of gps, maps inaccurate, very poor instructions, help line does not answer phone. these are just the ones that I found most annoying, there are many others!
