Newegg provided an RMA and I will be shipping the unit back. Great service from Newegg.

Beautiful unit, great price, but it didn't work

Unit had a bad control. Would not allow setting of time, therefore would not turn on or accept any other button choice

No issues

 

The microwave is still new, but is performing better than expected. It is easy to learn. The most pleasant surprise is that it is much quieter than the Whirlpool unit that it replaced.
