this is an unsafe product it falls apart when you lift the cover of it dose not sit in the stand with out the top piece falling of and the dome is very hot. i did not get any paper work with it. had to go online for the pdf file i would not recamend...

Operationally, I haven't found any problems yet. Temp control is incremented in 15 deg steps, making precise settings a bit harder, but hardly makes a difference since the cooking time is less anyway
