Has some issues

 

I have owned this unit for 5 years and have had the motor unit replaced 2x's (it actually sends sparks and looks like its on fire). First 2 they did it as warranty and no questions. Now the 3rd time it happens because of the 5 yrs they will only cover...

Kitchenaid Microwave

 

Works great and looks great. I wish it had a pro style handle to match other Kitchenaid appliances. Kitchenaid's above the range microwaves have the pro style handle.

Beware!!!! Won't last!!

 

BEWARE!After 18 months microwave began working intermittently. After 2 yrs it quit altogether. Problem appears to be the controller/keypad. Repair costs (parts and labor) are extremely high, might as well just replace it. I've owned at least 10...

Nice microwave, but ...

 

It's a nice microwave (we're actually replacing one we broke through our mistake), but we had to have a service tech work on the fan because the internal wiring harness was rubbing on it. Also, the door had a dent/crease, so we're having that replaced...
