nice but not perfect

 

Abt is excellent: fast service and well packedNow for the microwave. Its dimensions are 1/2" deeper than GE states, so it sticks out further than I had hoped. Its template is not to scale so it is useless; you must measure twice before drilling holes....

REPLACED GE UNIT I HAVE USED FOR 18 YEARS, NEW UNIT NOT THE QUALITY OF NEW UNIT, CHEAP, CHEAP.

DO NOT BUY THIS!

 

DO NOT BUY THIS- Door will not open, the button when pushed will not release. We ultimately returned the unit. GE should be ashamed. Another product produced overseas, this product sullied a once sound brand.

Happy with our replacement microwave

 

We loved our former microwave (may it rest in peace) and are happy so far with this newer model.

GE products are poor quality

 

Second one in a year. GE didn't honor warranty that expired by one week. The replacement seems to be poor quality as well, but its the only one that fits into the space I have.

Right size for space

Low power, Uneven doors, Stainless ext falls off

Quality problems with trim installation

 

The microwave looks nice and fits conveniently under our cabinets, which was the main reason we switched to this microwave from a previous 2.0 capacity GE Profile. Overall, it works well despite some initial problems with faulty trim.
