Sub-par iron from a great brand
Overall, Rowenta is a great brand that produces irons. However, most Rowenta irons are made, or assembled in Germany. This particular model is not which is why the ratings are low. Out of the box the iron worked great. The iron felt flimsy compared to...

Best for quick ironing!
Light, nice colors.
Went to France for a vacation knowing they don't have irons in hotels. So I bought this iron right before leaving but not knowing what to expect. But it was perfect! It was great for touch-ups and easy to maneuver.
don't expect it to take ALL the wrinkles out! It's just a travel iron! Need to refill if you do a lot of garments.

The Perfect Iron
It irons the smallest Barbie Doll Dress, to the triple extra large dress, pants, shirts, it irons wrinkles out in one glide and gets into the tiny places like no other iron I've used, and believe me, I've used a lot!
