Great volume levels, powerful yet balanced audio range, suitable for both movies and music

Expensive compared to other pre-packaged systems

The Sony HTSF2000 is an impressive system. It comes at a relatively high price, but the quality and power it delivers are worth the investment.

Overall good value 5.1 system for the money, enough connections for all the equipment and still some free sockets for future ones good sound quality, perfectly adequate for my needs and most other casual movie watchers/game players

The remote requires an extremely clear line of sight and is difficult to make work from an angle other than head on, a litle annoying but you learn the sweet spot the bass is a bit too much for my needs but this can be turned down independantly if you...

Can not imput audio through HDMI

Very simple to set up, looks lovely, especially next to a large LCD TV, excellent sound quality, punchy bass without being overly loud

a little expensive, complicated menu structure, doesn't handle HDMI sound in the way I expected

Slim, multiple input / outputs

Very good quality sound. Excellent for use with an Xbox 360.

Tqhe presets are rubbish you need to configure it manually for optimum sound.

Excellent surround with games/movies. Takes a wee bit to figure out the settings though.
