Once set the sound effect is stunning

Complicated to set up and it appears it can't be used with films on or other programmes from my Sony TV, just with DVDs or external drives like an iPod or USB. Very disappointing.

Good clear picture and sound. Easy to use.

Internet difficult to setup and it could do with a general browser added. Internet is slow compered to other devices.

Surround sound quality, wireless rear speakers.

Reliability. Despite visit to authorised repairer and numerous calls to support team, the unit continues to cut out anywhere between 1 and 5 hours from switch on. This is very annoying when in the middle of a film or documentary.Switch off and then on...

its loud and gives great surround sound

when trying to change passwords to upper case using the hand set there was no instruction on how to do it in the set up manual, when trying to connect my lan adapter to my router. I had to ring my supplier and they only knew from previous experience...
